Dividends Declaration 2010

On the 26th of February 2011, Egypt Kuwait Holding Company has declared the distribution of 30% of its issued and paid up capital as cash dividends to the shareholders (i.e. 7.5  US Cents  per share ) , this declaration was for the fiscal year that ends on the 31st of December 2010...
 

Cash dividends will be distributed starting from Thursday the 17th of March 2011 for all transactions  performed till the end of Monday the 14th of March 2011 trade session.
 
Payment of dividends will be  made through Misr for Central Clearing , Depository and Registry from the following Banks’ Branches:

Branches
Commercial International Bank (CIB)
Shooting Club, El Nasr, Merry Land, Giza, Abasseya, Maadi Grand Mall, Tanta, El Mansoura, Port Said, Soltan Hussein in Alexandria and Assiut
