The annual General Assembly meeting of the Egypt Kuwait Holding Company was held on Saturday, March 3, 2012. The General Assembly elected Mr. Moataz Adel Al Alfi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO and elected Mr. Loay Jassim Al Kharafi as the Vice Chairman.

Best Annual Report —World Finance Award

The Egypt Kuwait Holding Company has won the award for the Best Annual Report in Egypt in the “2011 Investor Relations Awards” organized by the financial magazine World Finance. Competitors included Egyptian companies from various economic sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications, Finance, Real Estate and others.

AUC Investment Competition

As a part of EKH's social responsibility mission, the company worked jointly with the Finance and Investment Club (FIC) at the American University in Cairo in conducting “The Investment Competition."
