The following were the most important outcomes of The General Assembly:
- Approval of the Company’s Balance Sheet and Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011.
- Approval of the Board’s proposal to distribute cash dividends to shareholders of 20% of the issued and paid-up capital in March 2012, amounting to five cents per share.
